Bailey and Alfie opted to have their first dog photoshoot at home. This was partly due to Alfie being so young and not yet done with his vaccinations, and partly because of general puppy craziness! It was a good call as it turned out. This little guy barely stopped still for a second.

Bailey has the patience of a saint and is the perfect big brother. He’s just turned three so his own puppyhood is not that long ago. Their human mom has her hands full keeping them both in check.

Even small puppies have to do their daily training and exercise. Alfie isn’t just fluff and cuteness. He has brains too and knows he has a bit of catching up to do if he wants to hang around with Bailey.

Puppies are cute and cuddly but you can’t beat the gorgeous soulful expression of an adult golden retriever.

Meanwhile behind the scenes, Alfie is busy destroying the props!

Our photo session happened towards the end of the year and mom Janet wanted to mark the moment in time with a memento of the actual date. A clever move, as the years seem to fly by, especially when you have pets.

Alfie had his turn at the date board. Christmas 2023 photos will show a very different and grown up Alfie. A lovely memento to have.

Alfie in a brief pensive moment, giving just a hint of the beautiful boy he’s destined to become.

This was the image we’d been working towards and mom Janet decided to have it printed onto a big canvas. It now has pride of place above the fireplace.
Have you recently welcomed a new pet into your family? Perhaps you have a more senior pet, who’s starting to show a bit of white around the muzzle. Should you be keen to preserve these precious moments while at the same time creating some beautiful wall art for your home or office, then get in touch with me here. If need be we can also organise a dog photoshoot at home, particularly for young or reactive dogs.
